RecNation has a vast network of RV owners with a variety of different types of RVs from travel trailers to campervans to luxurious Class A motorhomes. By submitting our Perfect RV Finder form, you are allowing us to search our database for the perfect RV using criteria such as pricing, dates, RV amenities and more. 

Steps to finding your perfect RV Rental: 

1. Fill out the Perfect RV Finder form
   1. Answer questions such as type of RV, dates, pickup/drop off locations, pricing, how many it should sleep, etc..
2. Once the form is submitted, our team will start the search!
   1. We reach out to RV owners who meet your criteria and gauge their interest on if they are wanting and willing to rent to you during the specified dates
3. When we source the RV, we match RV owner and renter and initiate the booking process through our marketplace.
4. After this step, the normal RV rental process commences.
   1. Both renter and RV owner will receive emails on the booking details
   2. To view booking details and communicate with the renter or owner, please download the Slack app and join our channel (there is an email with instructions on how to do this). This is the place you will go to for any communications regarding the rental
   3. On the day of the rental, both the RV owner and renter are required to fill out a pre-rental inspection form and state the condition of the RV with corresponding photos. This is provided for insurance purposes!
   4. When the RV rental returns, the same post-rental departure form is required from both parties to complete the rental and finalize payments.
